Refunds may be issued for eligible purchases within the 14-day window, including cases such as duplicate payments, major technical issues preventing access, or if you are not satisfied with the service.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt) must be provided.
  • Refunds are available for digital products and subscription services.
  • Refunds may not be issued if the service has been substantially used or if there is evidence of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Services that have been fully consumed or delivered.
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day period.
  • Services purchased more than 14 days ago.
